1. Refunds and Returns
Because our items are printed on demand and specially created when you order them, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect compared to what you originally ordered.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will request photographic evidence showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or process a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Custom Design Orders
Fully custom products made exactly to your requested specifications are non-refundable. If there is a manufacturing defect with a custom order, we will work with you to repair or replace the item as appropriate.
4. Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as Razorpay, UPI, or Credit Card) typically within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
