Cancellation Policy
At Makura World, we strive to process all orders quickly. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is detailed below.
1. Order Cancellations
For standard items, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please respond to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered the processing stage (which involves printing and finishing), we are unable to cancel or modify it.
2. Custom Orders
Because custom orders are manufactured on-demand specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled once the customization process or manufacturing begins. If you need to make changes to a custom order, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated.
3. Late Deliveries
While we partner with reputable carriers to ensure your products arrive on time, unforeseen carrier delays can occasionally happen. We do not issue cancellations or refunds for orders that arrive later than the estimated delivery window unless the delay extends beyond 30 days.
